We're disappointed if you're not completely satisfied with your Domi Outdoor Living purchase. We take a lot pride in our products and service! If you are experiencing a problem with a Domi Outdoor Living purchase, please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the Domi Outdoor Living warranty.

We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from Domi Outdoor Living at domioutdoorliving.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, no questions asked. All merchandise must be in like-new condition, and any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Domi Outdoor Living WARRANTY: (Domi Outdoor Living Webstore Purchases)

Domi Outdoor Living products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one (1) year from the original date of purchase(five (5) year on the structure parts of hardop gazebos and louvered pergolas, three (3) years on storage sheds, one (1) year on curtains). Domi Outdoor Living's sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Domi Outdoor Living's sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from weather, improper installation, use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Domi Outdoor Living assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Domi Outdoor Living be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Domi Outdoor Living’s discretion. Domi Outdoor Living reserves the right to make all determinations under this warranty. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time may be repaired or replaced for a fee. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  DOMI OUTDOOR LIVING DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS.  TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DOMI OUTDOOR LIVING BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INOPERABILITY OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF DOMI OUTDOOR LIVING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL DOMI OUTDOOR LIVING’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
